Waivers

To ensure a smooth check-in process and maintain strict safety standards at our facilities, please review the forms below and choose one of our two submission methods:

• Submit Digitally (Preferred): Sign the documents digitally and email them directly to cangell@tassajaraponyclub.org before your arrival.

• Bring a Hard Copy: Print out the required documents, complete all fields by hand, and hand them directly to a volunteer coordinator at the property.
